Bed & Breakfast B&B Villa Pelèr (Lazise sul Garda, Italy)

B&B Villa Pelèr (3 leoni) is a recently completed structure with a beautiful salt-water infinity pool with view on the Garda Lake, area solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, a porch with couches, flat screen TV and a big beautiful old wooden table, a living room with sofa and flat screen TV, fenced garden decorated with ornamental plants that ensure the privacy of the guests, moreover it has a private on-site parking space. Both the rooms have a private bathroom, private garden, private Jacuzzi (not free) wardrobe or walk-in closet, flat screen TV with satellite channels, desk with chair, AC, heating, minibar, courtesy set, hair dryer and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are wide and comfortable one of which has view and access to the pool. One of the rooms can accommodate a third person with an additional bed, a supplementary fee will be charged. During the warm season the breakfast (sweet and savoury) will be served outside in the pool area with lake view. It is possible to rent on-site the pool towels for the sunbeds, we also have two e-bikes aviable for rental. The B&B Villa Pelèr is located below the Gardesana Street, at just 2 km from Lazise which can be reached by foot or by bike following the main street or by the beach. The lake is just 350 meters from the structure and can be reached through a private passage only by foot or by bike. The B&B is in a quiet and reserved location. With just a short walk it is possible to reach restaurant “La Boheme” and “Gem’s Brew Pub”, or by walking to Lazise it is possible to dine out at places such as Ristorante “Botticelli”, Ristorante Pizzeria “Corte San Marco”, “La Taverna Da Oreste”, Ristorante “Alla Grotta”, Ristorante “Cozzeria” or Ristorante “Ancore Della Bastia”. Not far from the structure you can find some of the best themed park of the area: Gardaland (5 km), Movieland (1 km), Caneva Acquapark (1 km), Parco Natura Viva (9 km) and Parco Sigurtà (19 km). For those that enjoy shopping, the main shopping malls are: Centro Commerciale Porte Dell’Adige at 17 km, Centro Commerciale Grande Mela at 17 km, Adigeo Centro Commerciale at 28 km, Il Leone Shopping Center at 31 km and Grand’Affi Shopping Center at 14 km.
