There are GR's and mountain paths in abundance to follow by foot, with castles to visit - Foix, Montsegur, Roquefixade to name a few. Caves - Mas d'Azil, Niaux, Lombrive and the underground river La Souterraine close by. River activities - rafting, kayaking, canoeing along with canyoning via ferrarta and many more activities.
