Big Game Camp - Yala is located on the border of Yala National Park, within a 20-minute drive to the entrances. The camp is set in an ideal location for a wildlife experiences within close proximity to one of Sri Lanka’s major national parks: Yala. It offers semi-permanent safari tents for guests. All the tents are spacious, and come with raised beds, comfortable mattresses, pillows, bed linens, towels, a flashlight, and an umbrella. Each camp has fully equipped tent has an attached partitioned toilet. The campsite is managed as a mini nature reserve and there is a wide array of birds and mammals which is resident. It’s not rare to hear elephants and leopards roaming in the border of park. There is a watering hole in the campsite that attracts thirsty animals and gives our guests a great opportunity to observe wildlife up close.
