Cascina degli Ulivi di Stefano Bellotti is a biodynamic farm, up in the hills of Novi Ligure, a small town located south-east of Piedmont (one of the great wine-growing regions in Italy). The farm is renowned especially for its wines, but there is a lot more behind it: a diversified production of fruits, vegetables and cereals, animal breeding, a restaurant preparing meals using almost only our own produce, and a few bedrooms where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in our lovely countryside. The bedrooms are spacious, all built following bio-architecture principles; they have a double bed and bathroom on the ground floor and 2-3 additional beds upstairs. You can choose B&B treatment, half or full board. In our restaurant, we privilege seasonal and typical dishes made with produce that has great taste and excellent nutritional properties. We organise winery and estate tours detailing our farming and working methods so that your holiday can become also an occasion of learning.
