The Agriturismo Cascina Del Vai is located in the Savona inland, 5 minutes from the centre of Cairo Montenotte and a few km from the Ligurian Riviera. The perfect place for a truly relaxing stay, enjoying the chance to get up close with nature and the farm animals. The agriturismo now boasts a brand new salt water swimming pool and 5 new rooms. All rooms include private bathrooms, telephones, LCD TVs, air conditioning and Simmons mattresses. There is also a salt water swimming pool and a large sun terrace for use by guests, the perfect place to dine or enjoy an outdoor aperitif in summer. The agriturismo’s kitchen uses fresh, wholesome ingredients, selected in harmony with the territory and the seasons: the bread is baked in the wood burning oven, the fresh pasta is homemade (“ravioli al plin”, tagliatelle, gnocchi), as are the desserts, the ice creams, the antipasti and everything else on the menu. Specialties include grilled and spit roasted meats, Piedmont “bollito misto” - a traditional Italian stew - and “lisotti di patate” – potato dumplings.
