Casa rural Calle Real (San Esteban de Gormaz, Spain)

Calle Real is a 110-year-old farmhouse entirely restored and equipped with the maximum comfort while respecting the original structure in wood and stone, in harmony with the houses of their environment. In an original framework, away from the crowds, where you can enjoy the silence and tranquility, hiking and few kilometers to visit different places. Calle Real consists of two floors and a patio. On the ground floor are the common areas: living room, dining room, where breakfast and dinner (on advance request) are served. The rest area is located on the top floor. You will find three spacious double rooms: "Spring" room, with two beds of 90 cms; "Summer" room and "Autumn" room with beds of 150 cms. Each room has a separate bathroom. All rooms have mansard roofs in wood and retain the original stone walls. Our Studio "Winter Corner" is also located on this top floor. Our Studio is annexed to our house but also has separate entrance on the street above. Capacity for 2 people. Double bed of 135 cms, small dining room with sofa, including a small office with refrigerator, microwave and sink, full bathroom. Ideal for couples.
