About Caveoso Hotel

Caveoso Hotel was an old palace when the owner decided to renovate. It is surrounded by the old town of Matera called “Sassi” and is located in the main square “Piazza San Pietro Caveoso” close to Rupestrian Churches, museums and natural attraction which the town offers. Some of its suggestive rooms are carved from the rock, others have a private terrace overlooking the “Sassi”. All rooms come equipped with every comfort ( private bathroom, TV, air-condition, internet connection ). On request, Caveoso Hotel offers a coach transfer to the closest airport and for the guest’s car a private carpark. The reception is open 24/7 and the staff is always on hand to give information about the town and to suggest registered tour guides. Every morning a continental breakfast is served fresh full of typical food. Caveoso Hotel is a place where to spend a special vacation sleeping inside caves.
