The bathroom for this room is accessible in the bedroom and in the hallway for convenience. In the living room, you will find another twin Murphy bed and lots of seating to enjoy the view or stream your favorite movie! All TVs in the home are smart for streaming services, and no basic cable is offered. Enjoy meals at the table or the island bar. The home provides a residential, passenger elevator for your use to make unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow the posted rules. Vaulted ceilings, luxury tile flooring, a modern kitchen, and great natural light make this home perfect for your next getaway. New for 2023, a private swimming pool! The pool at this home can be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. The private beach access is also very close, you just cross the ocean boulevard and access the strand between 147 OBW and 149 OBW. All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues. The owner of this home privately coordinates their cleaning and inspection services. Hobbs Realty does not inspect before the guest's arrival or after the guest's departure. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are not available for this home. Please know that we only offer 4:00 PM check-in for this home. As part of our commitment to southern #Hobbspitality, this owner provides you with "Ready for Bed'' service. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! Please feel free to bring your own favorite snuggle blanket. Please note, that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made up, fresh linens will be provided. Our bed linen deliveries, towel rentals, and Ready for Bed services are provided by local vendors and may be completed after check-in time. Absolutely no smoking allowed on this property.
