All of Milenio's apartments are situated next to the River Jucar in a quiet neighbourhood if Cullera, between the town and the beach, 5 minutes' walk from the start of the tourist area and 10 minutes' walk from the beach (900m). The same beach has different zones: our nearest beach is found next to the river and has free parking. Most of the apartments are on the higher floors of the buildings and have the best views of the river, across the rice fields to the mountains. We also have other apartments on lower levels including some with large terraces, ideal for children to run around. 90% of the apartments are privately owned meaning that there is a nice community feeling to them. We have 2 different types of apartments: superior style and standard style: they have the same views, distribution, the difference being in the quality of the furniture and decoration. The apartments are fully equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, all crockery and cutlery, washing machine, bed clothes and towels. There is a member of staff available 24 / 7 for emergencies and several members of staff available during the day for anything you might need.
