Casa Primos is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located on the Pacific Coast of Ecuador overlooking to Ocean. We are located in the Mirador San Jose beach community which is currently under construction. The community has many amenities including many parks, two community pools, FIFA regulation soccer field and a lot more. Casa Primos also has a private pool overlooking the beach and ocean. This property can sleep up to 6 guests. The main floor has a large gourmet kitchen with a raised breakfast bar and granite counter tops. The bright dining room has a door leading to the landscaped backyard where guests can access the pool deck. Our second level has three bedrooms including the master bedroom with a private ensuite and a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space should guests extend their stay. Don't forget the roof top terrace where one can have a nice dinner or simply lounge in the sun! Guests can use the washer and dryer located inside the villa free of charge during their stay. From June to October guests can spot humpback whales who migrate from the Antartic to the warmer tropical waters off the coast of Ecuador for breeding. The villa is located South of the City of Manta on the Western coast of Ecuador. The Mirador San Jose property is bordered by beautiful tropical vegetation from palm trees to the colourful hibiscus. The Ecuadorian flora is truly magnificent! Your comfort during your stay is very important to us. This is why we have arranged for the highest quality of products in our villa. Each room of the property has comfortable, clean furniture and is professionally decorated. Our kitchen also boasts plenty of cooking tools but also some of the local spices.
