Balcony lays at north-west side of house and it has beautiful sea view. Apartment for (6)persons is 100 m2 big and it has two bedrooms( bedroom1: with double bed and single bed, bedroom2: with double bed and 1sofa bed. Bedroom 1 and 2 has a balcony with sea view (15m2)).Living room with sofa bed. Living room is separate room from kitchen so it can use like bedroom.Bathroom with bathtub and window, a well equipped kitchen with sitting area and with electric cooker (2 cooking plates) and gass cooker.Kitchen has a balcony(3m2) overlooking the courtyard. In a big garden, on the large terrace with a sea view, is free-to-use barbecue facilities and garden chairs.For Yours car there is a free private parking place in front of the house. Pets,boat berth near the property (60m) and air condition are offered at extra charge. Possibility of boat renting with the house owner. House owner has home-made produce. A stone and pebbly beach is just 60 meters away. Centar of the city, market and restaurant are 100 meters away. Apartment is perfect for groups, couples or families because it's located in a very calm neighborhood.
