Property is located near the original founding church of the Seventh Day Adventists and is near many beautiful lakes and ponds including Pillsbury State Forest and Mt Sunapee State forest. Natural beauty abounds including an abundance of wildlife, deer, bear, moose, and wonderful hiking trails. The house is located on the Monadnock/ Sunapee Greenway Trail and is 18 miles from Lake and Mt Sunapee Ski area, and is close to Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain and is an hour and a half drive to Killington ski area.
