An electricity package of 25000 cfa or 38 € / month is included in the price. Any overtaking will be your responsibility. The apartments have a different access than the owner. The building is under video surveillance on the main facade and the stairs. Each apartment has an intercom system that allows tenants to identify potential visitors and allow them access to the building or not. The permanent availability of water and the broadband wifi network is assured. Hot water is also available in the bathrooms. Quite cosmopolitan neighborhood with shops, pharmacy, bakery, fast food and restaurants. Just 5 to 10 minutes walk, you have access to: - a typical Beninese market (Dantopka) with stalls of vegetables, fish, meats and other foodstuffs to cook dishes of your choice; - a small laundry, very simple and very ordinary but very effective and valued by our tenants.
