This picturesque rustico made of stone lies in the hamlet of Longoio, an oasis of peace, in the middle of fields of the Serchio-valley and green woods. The whole property is about 10.000 sqm with lots of olive trees. The outdoor area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck-chairs and barbeque. Parking within the grounds. It is important to know that the house has no heating but the owner puts wood for free at the guests’ disposal. The owner does not charge anything extra for the final cleaning and for both linen and towels. In exchange, he requires the clients that they leave the house clean, tidy as it was upon arrival. If the house is left dirty, the owner may charge the guests with 60,00 € to cover the cleaning expenses. The property is situated in the municipality of Bagni di Lucca which is well known and loved for its therapeutic springs – these springs are a big attraction for tourists. Discover the medieval villages of Benabbio and Brandeglio, the antique fort of Luccio or make a trip on the mountain river “Orrido di Botri” which is known as the canyon of the Apennines, where you may immerse in an intact nature. The house was restored by maintaining its original character – this means walls made of stone, beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and furnishings in Tuscan style.
