It is 3 miles from the beautiful beach and centre of Skala Eresou. The residence sleeps 7 with 4 Bedrooms the "The Master Suite" with double bed and auxiliary second room with sofa/sigle bed ,"secretair" desk, connected with inner double door as en-suite sitting/study room to main bedroom ,"The Greek Bedroom" with double bed and "The Oriental" Bedroom with double bed, a second bath is situated on the bedroom floor.An openplan living-dinner room ,Kitchen and the main bathroom are on basement connected to the outdoor yard and the garden, the open air under the shady pergola, dinning area with the large table for 10 people next to the functional traditional stone oven. The residence is equiped with Wi-Fi, TV-DVDset, stereoand fully equiped kitchen and utilities like Iron and ironing board, washing machine/dryer, hoover etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen, cleaning service is due once a week, more frequent on request.Villa Notia is suitable for family or/and friends that want to share the peace and serenity of life in a traditional Greek village.Children have a large outdoor yard to play while adults can relax under the shady pergola.
