In the Casa do Vinho Sintra Guest House each room was personalized with inspiration in the most consecrated wine regions of Portugal. There are 9 rooms, among the following categories: Suites, Deluxe and Superior, with total capacity for only 21 privileged guests. All rooms offer varied views of Sintra's Historic Center and, on blue sky days, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Among the Suites, Vinhos Verdes is represented by Maria Saudade; Tejo by Lagoalva de Cima; Lisboa by Quinta do Gradil; In the Deluxe Rooms, Setúbal represented by José Maria da Fonseca; Douro by Quinta da Soalheira; Alentejo by the Estate of São Miguel. Finally the Superior Rooms, Bairrada is represented by Quinta Colinas de São Lourenço; Dão by Quinta de Bella and Porto by Niepoort. We have a wonderful continental breakfast. Casa do Vinho is in front of the Ferreira de Castro Museum, a few meters from the Church of São Miguel, the Sintra National Palace, the Moorish Castle and the Pena Palace. It is also close to the famous attractions of the Olga Cadaval Cultural Center, the Museum of Natural History and the Garden of the Countess of Edla. More than accomodations, they are real refuges.
