Monasterio El Olivar offers simple accommodation in a real monastery, s. XVI-XVII, surrounded by beautiful nature. Traditional cuisine and restored rooms. The Monastery of El Olivar was founded by the friars of La Merced in 1260. The current buildings are from the 16th century (Aragonese Gothic Temple) and 17th century (Monastery with double cloister and rooms). The restoration has returned the harmony and beauty to a building in full use, with comfortable rooms with bath, meals in the refectory and comfortable rest rooms. There are no buildings or neighbours around for several kilometres and so guests, adults or families, can find beauty, harmony, walks in nature and traditional food. The community allows you to participate in prayer if you wish and offers unforgettable observations of the starry sky.
