Guesthouse Villa Marietta (Civitanova Marche, Italy)

Villa Marietta is located in Civitanova Marche, just a few steps from the sea and from the down-town. The House was completely restored, leaving unchanged its elegant original “art-nouveau” structure and it is pleasantly furnished. The rooms, all with twin-beds or with large-bed, are spacious and comfortable, all of them with private bath and autonomous air-conditioning unit. One of the rooms is supplied for otherwise capable persons. On the top floor of the villa, you find also 2 mini-apartments, completely furnished and equipped. More then this, inwardly the large space surrounding the Villa, a “Turret” has been accomplished and furnished for a more familiar stay. The villa offers a spacious, private unattended parking area, provided also with a Supermarket. A part of the free parking area is reserved for the guests of the Villa. Guests will receive a friendly and courteous welcome, also in foreign language, at any arrival time, if previously agreed. For the summer holiday, guests will have a special convention with a private beach.
