At Hobo we are uniting the hyper urban brutalism of Brunkebergstorg with a feeling of freedom and easiness like traveling throughout continents in a vintage VW camper and preparing food at a campfire. Award-winning Berlin based designer Werner Aisslinger has created the looks and feels of a hotel for guests who love the adventure of traveling; experiencing pure materials, nature, community, music and good talks. Hobo is an open-minded place where selected artworks meet natural food and unique installations; like a farming-aquaponic, a barbershop corner or a DIY repair area. A friendly house for all international guests and Stockholm locals. Design-wise Hobo plays with open loft like spaces and easy accessibility to all public areas and communicative and inviting seating areas. The design is extremely casual, easy and collage like: Studio Aisslinger curated materials and colors to achieve a mix of warm, natural materials like stone or wood together with tiles, wallpapers, metal finishes like brass all connected with colorful fabrics and a cosy lighting concept. All design pieces are carefully selected and designed by Studio Aisslinger with high end design brands around Europe.
