About Barefoot Cay Resort

Barefoot Cay is a boutique resort with two components – Barefoot Cay (where our five oceanfront villas, pool, spa, palapa, marina and restaurant are located) and Barefoot Divers Lodge (home to our four spacious oceanview accommodations, PADI 5 star dive center, and offices) on the shore, overlooking the Cay and the Caribbean. Our collection of accommodations include thoughtfully appointed amenities including Heavenly beds with high quality linens, luxury bath products, A/C, Wi-Fi, Apple TV and courtesy cell phones. Our step-on pontoon passenger ferry is available to transit guests across the 85’ channel between the Roatan shore and the Cay at any hour of the day or night, and the resort is situated in a central location on Roatan’s south shore, offering a perfect jumping off point for exploring and experiencing the island.
