About Castel Clara Thalasso & Spa

Guests enjoy panoramic views from the 4-star Relais & Châteaux Castel Clara in Bangor over Goulphar’s little harbour and the rugged coastline beyond, which were such an inspiration for Claude Monet during his stays on Belle-Ile. The exceptional tranquillity that reigns here is reflected in the muted and harmonious tones of the hotel’s bedrooms. Castel Clara’s 63 bedrooms are accommodated in two long wings built in the 60's and 70's. 33 of the rooms in the white slate-roofed buildings face out towards the ocean, there are 5 suites and 8 family rooms, and 17 bedrooms are on the garden side. All our spacious bedrooms are decorated in light colours and boast lovely views, either over beautiful Goulphar Cove or soothing vistas of gardens and courtyards. During your stay, you have access to these facilities: - Relaxation Area, comprising a heated indoor freshwater pool, a Jacuzzi and steam bath - Outdoor heated seawater pool (open from April to September) - Free Wi-Fi - Car and bicycle rental available from the hotel - Fitness Suite - Tennis (2 open air courts) - Free parking (not covered) - Helipad (50 m from the hotel)
