Host Family Perren In second generation Family Perren runs the Hotel-Steakhouse Cheminée and is more than happy to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable. Steakhouse Since 1980 The Steakhouse Cheminée well known for over 35 years. Still producing one of the finest steaks around the area of Zermatt.The Steakhouse is closed for the summer season. We will be there for you again in december 2018.
