About Elk Mountain Lodge

Built in 1919 as a miner’s hotel, the Elk Mountain Lodge is a reflection of Crested Butte’s historic past. Completely and beautifully renovated, all rooms individually decorated, some with balconies overlooking the Elk Mountain Range. Guests enjoy the lobby bar, hot tub, and complimentary breakfast each morning. Located only 1 block from Crested Butte's main street, you can walk everywhere.
