About Fernandez Bay Village
Located in a secluded spot on the serene Cat Island in the Outer Bahamas, Fernandez Bay Village makes for an idyllic secret escape. This family-run complex, set upon an expanse of private golden sands, offers beachside accommodation and exciting water-sport activities. Guests can stay in a quaint cottage – perfect for couples – or a villa with two bedrooms and a kitchen suitable for families and groups. Some feature their own stone patios or terraces and some open directly onto the beach. All are air-conditioned. There is plenty of water sports equipment to use, including paddle boards, kayaks, plus snorkelling and scuba gear. Fernandez Bay Village can also arrange weddings. A large buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is served each morning in the Clubhouse. Guests can also help themselves to refreshments at the honesty bar. There are many other remote beaches on the island, as well as underwater caves to discover. The hotel is also just six kilometres from Mount Alvernia.
