Both were in prestigious star homes, such as the Swiss Stuben in Wertheim-Bettingen, the Traube Tonbach in the Black Forest, the Grand Hotel Esplanade and the Rutz Wine Bar, and have worked with star chefs such as Marco Müller and Ralf Zacherl.
