Molino de los Abuelos (Grandparents´Mill) is an old Olive Oil Mill (or "almazara" in Spanish) in Comares. From this beautiful village in the Axarquía region, at a height of 740 m, and only a few kms away from Costa del Sol, you will find some stunning views of the Axarquía region, Sierra de Tejeda mountain range and the Mediterranean Sea. This boutique hotel has 6 rooms, all of them very different to each other, in a construction that screams Andalusia and character in every corner. You will find those stunning views from the patio and the original machinery of the mill (that worked until 1986) inside the Restaurant. In the village you will have some great trekking routes, climbing routes, vias ferratas and the longest natural zip-wire in Spain, along with the rich history of Comares, its sweet wine, great gastronomy and location, all of which make the village the perfect place to get the feel of the real and traditional Andalusia.
