NILL'S Stone House is an old Greek stone house registered to the Board of Monuments, located in Çiftlikköy, the last untouched village in İzmir Çeşme, 300 meters from the sea and the beach. Our hotel was first built in the 18th century. It was built for one of the prominent families of the region in the last days and was used by the family for about 100 years. The residence in the building has attracted a lot of attention due to its location, which lasted for an uninterrupted century. UMART architectural office, which took over the building in 2010, has completed the difficult restoration work that lasted for 4 years, using building materials and workmanship that are in accordance with the original. Some of the materials used in the building and the stones of the masonry walls belong to the original structure. The building, which was reconstructed in accordance with its original form, was built according to the old construction techniques by cutting the stones by hand without using modern mortar and concrete materials. Since the ceiling and floor are wooden, our building is light and earthquake resistant. Transportation to our hotel is extremely easy. Without leaving the new Istanbul-Izmir highway, you can connect to the Cesme highway and reach Cesme from the highway, as well as the free ring road between Izmir and CESME. The distance from Çeşme highway toll booths to our hotel is only 5.5 km. Our facility is 1 km away from Chıos port and Cesme international marina. NILL'S Stone House is 3 km from the center of Çeşme and 10 km from the center of Alaçatı. The world-famous Golden sand, Diamond, Boyalık beaches are 3 km away and Ilıca beach is 7 km away. We have agreements with famous beaches and beach clubs, our guests can enter and book these beaches without paying any fee. Farm village has been a fishing town for hundreds of years, fishermen in our village still work on a cooperative basis, fish caught all night with old small fishing boats are sold at 10:30 at the auction and in the cooperative auction that everyone can participate in. The large red mullet of the region, octopus, lobster and squid are offered for sale alive. Can baba fish restaurant and solan tavern, frequented by celebrities, are wonderful establishments that are famous for serving unique Aegean appetizers, fresh fish, lobster, octopus and alcohol. These establishments are only 200 meters away from our hotel and offer special discounts and reservation rights to our guests (it is very difficult to find a free table in these establishments during the season).
