Hotel Poderino S. Cristoforo (Lajatico, Italy)

Poderino S. Cristoforo is an old completely restored farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside. We are in Lajatico, a small village in the province of Pisa and home town of the great tenor Andrea Bocelli. We are a family from Genoa who have always been in love with Tuscany and with a great passion for the world of the hospitality, that finally became our job a few years ago. The hotel consist of 11 rooms in the main building, plus 3 in a lovely adjoining annex which, on request, we rent as a detached house. We have a big meeting room, a bar and restaurant area reserved for hotel guests, where you can taste the most typical recipes of the area, revisited with our personal touch. Outside we are surrounded by lots of greenery that will offer you the opportunity to take long walks or keep fit with trekking. We also have a large swimming pool with panoramic views, well equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the Lajatico hills. Finally we have a big free parking reserved exclusively for our guests. Our structure is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday but we are also in an excellent position to easily reach some of the most beautiful villages and towns in Tuscany: Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena, Florence, Livorno, etc .... Furthermore, in just 30 minutes by car, it is possible to reach the sea and some of the most beautiful beaches in the region; and for wine lovers there is plenty of choice among the many quality wineries located in the area! The wi-fi is free and in all the areas of the structure and your pet friends are welcome!
