It is very convinient for you to walk to the Phuket Old Town to explore the old Shino Portugese architectures and tastes the real local food. Cancellation policies: Low Season (May - October): Cancellation within 7 days - 1st night charged; No show - 100 percent charged High Season (1 November - 15 December; 16 Janaury - 30 April): Cancellation within 7 days - 1st night charged; Cancellation within 3 days and no show - 100 percent charged Peak Season (16 December - 15 January): Cancellation within 14 days - 1st night charged; Cancellation within 7 days and no show - 100 epercent charged. Check in time: 2 pm Check out time: 12 pm noon Early check in is upon request and is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check out before 4 pm will incur a half day room rate extra charge and late check out after 4 pm will incur full day room rate extra charge. An extra bed is available at 300 baht per person per night with maximum limit of one extra bed per room.
