About Shanghai Mansion Bangkok

Located in the Chinatown district of Bangkok, Shanghai Mansion is a one of a kind boutique hotel inspired by 1930s Shanghai style. The hotel has a long history including being a Chinese Opera House, home to the Thailand Stock Exchange and hosting a department store before becoming a hotel in 2005. Rooms at Shanghai Mansion come with free Wi-Fi, complimentary minibar and spa-quality toiletries. The colourful décor of the room includes silk cushions and an Oriental poster bed. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of the hotel’s Tuk-Tuk shuttle to visit some of the nearby attractions. There is also a library, ballroom, meeting room and lucky fish pond to explore at the property. The Red Rose Restaurant and Jazz Bar is one of Bangkok’s more unique venues. The menu is Chinese fusion and there is live jazz music nightly. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Hua Lamphong train station.
