GOOD LOCAL FOOD, WINE TO DIE FOR Beautiful Pillehill is one of the highest situated places along the south coast of Sweden. The view is breath taking! You will come to a homey place with lots of charm and personality, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and home baked bread for breakfast. There is a wine bar with an award-winning wine list and a well renowned restaurant with focus on the local and ecological in season, in the different sized fixed menus, which are created every day. We have one of Swedens best wine lists and we continuously develop our wine celler with quality wines. We offer tasting events, both open and to private groups.  We offer an outdoor spa pool, a sauna and massage. There are nice hiking in the area and about 3 kilometers away you find beautiful sand beaches. Come here for your romantic weekend getaway or your smaller parties and meetings. A truly idyllic place all year around. At Pillehill you will be warmly welcomed by the owners Jannike and Johan with their staff and of course by the hotel dog Hillton, the Dalmatian.
