Pros: Everything was simple and easy and they made sure that it was wheelchair accessible for me and the room was clean and I didn't have to worry about anything Cons: -

Exceptional

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Cons: Towels were threadbare, lighting was dim and sparse, no lamps, no outlets around the vanity for doing my hair, and no closet rods to hang clothes on. The fridge was barely cold on the max setting, and it was not clean. The train goes by about 4 times during the night, blowing a whistle every time. All outside traffic could be heard through the a/c unit, and there was a lot of traffic throughout the night. The location appears to be in a less than desirable part of town.

Not the most comfortable place to stay, but staff is super friendly and helpful.

Pros: There was no breakfast. The mattress was ok. The manager and the maintenance man were great. They were as accommodating as they could be with nothing to work with. The shower worked. The location for the reason I was there was perfect. Cons: One dim overhead light in the room. No light over the bathroom mirror. Holes in the walls that need to be painted. No place to hang clothes. Used the shower curtain rod to hang clothes. No chair in the room. No bedside table lamps. Dresser drawers had no handles and drawers fell off the rail when they were opened. No clock radio. The door lock didn't work when I got there, had to call manager every time I wanted in. No cup or glass provided, had to get one from McDonalds.

This room was a challenge for even a survivalist. I rate the room on a scale of 1 to 10 as a zero!

Wonderful

Pros: Bed was pretty comfortable. Not noisy. Able to park in front of room. Cons: Outdated! Poor lighting. Filthy. Small bugs in room. Condition of room was pretty bad.

Pros: Nothing room was not supplied with anything. Cons: How much room cost so not worth it..

Pros: - Cons: They wouldn't let me stay there because of the address on my driver's license the lady was very rude. I called to cancel my my reservation and he kept saying yes tomorrow tomorrow, tomorrow. And never canceled it. The rooms for non smoking still smelled like an ashtray. They were rude and inconsiderate and I'll never stay there AGAIN.....

Pros: The wifi was good Cons: What didn't! Stench was horrible. We asked a non smoking room but apparently a whole tobaccofarm was smoked in there. We Voight fresheners to cover it. Very noisy. The US trains blowing their horn! WHY! Why do US trains do that! Light in the 'bathroom'... Bugs everywhere... Do I have to go on?

Don't do it

Pros: It was cool when we walked in Cons: Bathroom has a huge live spider in the tub. People was hanging around outside and it made me feel very uncomfortable being a female walking out to my car alone.

Fair

Pros: The room was clean and smelt nice, bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little flat , mini fridge worked great, the TV was clear and sharp. The water was hot. AC worked great. Cons: 3 trains came by, and there was early traffic. But the AC fan noises helped cover the sounds. But the worst part was a few roaches in the room. Other than those things the room was relatively good.

Pros: not much to say here, it was close to where we needed to be and it was super cheap. staff was friendly enough and parking was fine. No bugs that I could see.... Cons: Walls were paper thin. Every time a train or car went by it was loud enough to wake me up. There were people loading furniture into a uhaul truck until about 11:30 at night, and again, I could hear everything as I was trying to sleep. In the middle of the night, a random family entered my room, apparently the front office had given them the key to my room not realizing it was already occupied. The same thing happened with my friend who was staying in a different room. Definite safety issue there. The rooms REEKED of cigarette smoke, and when I turned on the wall mounted AC unit to move air around (and cool it down because it was HOT) the air coming from the AC smelled like something crawled inside and died.

Not good, would have rather spend twice as much to stay twice as far away in a more reputable hotel.

Absolutely horrendous.

Pros: It was easy to find. It was clean. I'm a disabled person and it was easy for me to get in. We could sit outside and smoke and noone bothered us. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. It was a nice stay.

Pros: - Cons: It was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The area is awful and there were holes in the walls, with people banging on the walls and random people sitting outside our door all night. We did not sleep at all. The door also didnt go all the way to the ground.

Cheapish, but not worth the cost we paid. Unsafe area and unsafe hotel.

Pros: Convenient Cons: Staff or owner did not speak good English. Old towels, didn’t want to use because of appearance. Location was convenient but very noisy with traffic and other quests were loud. Strange noises inside room all throughout the night.

I didn't stay. I requested a full refund

Pros: They had nice landscaping and the location was close to downtown. Cons: There was no rack to hang up hanging clothes. There was a hole in the bathroom door.

It was fine. We'll probably stay there again because of the location.

Pros: Mold in the ceiling over the bed, and it takes about 5 minutes for hot water to reach the room. Refrigerator keeps making a loud popping noise. And needs another mirror for dressing in the room. Cons: Bed really comfortable, pillows where spot on...ac/heater great.

Pros: - Cons: The owners(husband and wife) lack people skills....the son was easy to talk to but the owners not so much ...

Pros: - Cons: Power went out, stayed out for at least 3 to 4 hours. Did not want to give us another room because it wasn’t on them so we had to sit in a room for 3 to 4 hours with no lights or air.

Very Good

Pros: Initially, I was in a regular sized room with a " fill-in" hostess who was Very nice & accomodating. Cons: When the regular host returned, I was ordered to switch rooms to one half the size of the other, foul-smelling, & with evidence of pests at the same price as the full -sized room. This whole interaction was rude & inconvenient.

Pros: Clean floor, clean towels, clean grounds, basic, hard mattress was excellent. Owner was amicable when my business associate didn't have to stay the second night and they issued a refund. Worth maybe 40 a night until they add non smoking signage, fix furniture and bathroom lights, but was affordable Cons: Broken doors on furniture, weird smell like definitely wasn't non smoking. A lot of smokers stay there. The 20 second motion activated light in the bathroom drove me nuts. It takes a lot longer than 20 seconds to shower so that was stupid.
