The Aparthotel Altavista offers 15 flats of 40 m2 and a penthouse with a private terrace. The three-storey building has a lift, and the penthouse and rooftop terrace are reached via a staircase from the top floor. Some apartments have a balcony and sea views. Guests may also enjoy shared spaces. We have a rooftop terrace with solarium and jacuzzi (and spectacular views of the Atlantic), a small fitness room and a vending area with a coffee machine. All the apartments have an open-plan kitchen and living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, depending on availability, and an independent bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle and kitchen utensils. Bed linen and two towels are provided for each guest and beach towels are available at extra cost. Safety deposit box. - Cleaning every 4 days, extra cleaning available for a fee of €50. extra, tarifa 50€. - Waste collection 3 times a week. - Change of towels 2 times a week. - Change of bed linen once a week. - Ironing board and iron available at no extra cost. - Beach towel service, changed every 2 days, €40 per week per person. - Laundry service, folded only €15, folded and ironed €40. - Pets are not allowed.
