The farm is located at 980 meters above sea level in the Tagusens fraction, in the municipality of Castelrotto, in a magical single location, surrounded by lush green meadows and fragrant forests, ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the cities with far-reaching views of the surrounding mountains and the beautiful Eisacktal. The farm includes 4 hectares of meadows and pasture, 22 hectares of forest and a small orchard with various fruits and berries, an organic farm garden with many vegetables for home use. Since the end of December, 5 new organic apartments have been added. The executed construction method at the farmhouse has recently received the high distinction "Climate House A Nature" of the "Climate Agency". In the yard live several cows, calves, cats, rabbits and the bitch "Cora".
