The Residence is strategically positioned about 100 meters from the sea, and is a mere 10 minute walk from the historical town center and very close to the railway station. Falconara airport is only 15 km away (transfer service available upon request). There are many restaurants, cafès shops, and restaurants as well as a chemist’s near Residence Avana in Senigallia. The residence offers a shared area and a lift. Every single suite is provided with private amenities: summer and winter air-conditioning/ventilation system, TV set, safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, microwave, crockery (plates, cutlery, pots etc.), bed linen and bathroom towels; some suites have a balcony.
