Residence Filanda is close to the main resort town of Riva del Garda, just 1.5 kms from the beach and 2 kms from the old city centre. This fabulous Residence caters for all needs, those with children, those who like to get in touch with nature, those who prefer an active holiday, those who are keen on culture, the sportsmen or perhaps just love the gastronomical specialities of the area. Residence Filanda allows its clients to enjoy their holiday without time worries and restrictions. In our park there are nearly a hundred olive-trees, from them the Azzolini family produces the famous extra virgin olive oil (DOP). The Azzolini family live in the resort and are always there to help which gives it a very friendly, family run feel. In the garden there is also: tennis court, tennis table, bowls court, volleyball/football pitches, playground, grill area, where you can enjoy your dinner with a cold beer or a good glass of wine under a starry sky. The apartments are large, up to 70 sq m/645 sq ft in size, all having a balcony or terrace, with either one, two, or three rooms to accommodate two to six people. They are comfortable and clean to ensure you sleep well.
