The 3-star Hotel Sun City is situated in a quiet and peaceful area in the north-west part of Sunny Beach, 350 meters away from the beach and less than a kilometer from the city center. The hotel complex consists of two four-story and a three-story located U-shaped area of 4,500 square meters. The hotel creates an atmosphere of cozy holiday resort, with a private garden, shaped like a small park, with a beautiful garden, recreation area and a playground. Built in 2004 and renovated in 2013 the hotel offers 100 comfortably equipped double rooms (air conditioning, cable TV, fridge, telephone, terrace with pool view) and 5 apartments (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 balconies, a living room and a small kitchen). In the hotel there isn’t elevator. The reception is separated from the guest room and it is open 24/7.
