About Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club

Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is a 172-acre resort in Orange County, between San Diego and Los Angeles. It features ocean views and an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course. Renovated in 2014, all 400 rooms have large windows and a private balcony. They also include free Wi-Fi, large-screen TVs, and premium bedding. Marble bathrooms feature soaking tubs and rainfall showers. Some suites have fireplaces and include St Regis Butler Service. Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club has three pools, tennis courts, and Waldorf Astoria Spa, a full-service spa and fitness centre. The resort has conference/event facilities and offers a complimentary beach shuttle. Dining options include the award-winning Bourbon Steak, a clubhouse restaurant, and a coffee shop. The Lobby Bar has a terrace and ocean views. The resort is three miles from the Mission San Juan Capistrano. It’s just over eight miles to Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park.
