Dudley Zoological Gardens (Dudley, United Kingdom)
The Dudley Zoological Society was founded in 1935. It consists of Zoo and Dudley Castle. It locates safari gift shop, free land train, discovery centre, face painting and tattoo studio, children’s fair, adventure playground, few kiosks and places to eat. The visit to the park is provided with the “Dr. Dudley’s Adventures” program. Guests of the Dudley Zoological Gardens will be able to listen to the stories about the animals and castle, as well as the present at animals’ feedings. The recommended time for the visit is at least 3 hours. The Dudley Castle at the Dudley Zoological Gardens dates back to 11th century. It was held by various Lords of the Manor until 1960s. And nowadays, events and festivals taking place there on the 50-acre site. But, its special is a legend of the ghost of The Grey Lady! It is situated in the city center, right next to the bus station “Tower St”. Disabled parking and drop off points are available too.
