The museum is within the Congestion Charge Zone but does have limited metered parking. It is also near the Thames Path which connects more than 100 London attractions. The museum is open daily with the exception of December 24, 25 and 26. It is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is no charge for this facility, with the exception that some special exhibitions may charge a fee. The nearest tube stations are Lambeth North, Waterloo, Southwark, Elephant and Castle whilst the nearest train stations are at Waterloo, Elephant and Castle. The area is also serviced by a number of buses.
