Tenuta Marchesi Fezia stands on a marvellous Umbrian countryside between San Gemini and Narni surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes. In a very good position less than an hour from Rome and Perugia. At Tenuta Marchesi Fezia body and soul are satisfied by the beautiful scenery that nature has given us and that is one of the greatest treasures that guests have the privilege to enjoy from their arrival to their departure. Tenuta Marchesi Fezia consists of three houses close to each other - farmhouse "La Magnolia", farmhouse "L'Olivo", farmhouse "The Vineyard" - with different exposure and therefore different views of the surrounding countryside. Each apartment is spread about over 25 mq2 of surface; each one provides from 3 to 5 beds, fully equipped kitchenette, large living room. The units number 1, 7e 5 (the number 5 is also equipped with a bathroom for the disabled) have 2 separate bedrooms and can accommodate different family groups. The apartments number 7 and 8 are also furnished a characteristic stone fire-place. All the apartments can accommodate guests for a single night or for longer periods of time, from one week to a month.
